Here I go again…

When the year began, life was good. I just received an MS in Nonprofit Management and was ready to take on the world. Then, the COVID-19 virus hit the planet, and our lives quickly changed. We quarantined at home. We wore masks. We maintained social distance. And, we upped our game in washing and cleaning our hands. Throughout the holidays at the end of the year, we celebrated outside with people in our bubbles. I count myself amongst the lucky ones, as I have a job, a roof over my head, food on my table, and clothes on my back.

As I reflect on the past year, I know one thing for sure…my health is the most important thing I have. So, I am going to take care of me in 2021 (starting on January 2, 2021 to be more specific). I am going to commit to becoming a healthier version of me! I am going to start with super small lifestyle swaps that will make a big difference in the long run, and I will share them here. Stay tuned…because this will be interesting. This is not my first rodeo!
